Returns & Exchanges

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, please contact us at (252) 888-1889 or by email at customerservice@mattamuskeetgooseclub.com and a representative will be happy to assist you.

We cannot accept any items marked as Final Sale on our website for refunds or exchanges. 

The Founders Club membership purchases are non refundable.

Exchanges

The Mattamuskeet Goose Club® accepts exchanges as long as the product is not custom, made-to-order, monogrammed, discontinued, final sale, visibly worn, washed, or damaged. Customers are responsible for shipping and return postage on exchanges. Promotional items and Founders Club items are not eligible for exchange. If the size you ordered does not fit properly or you would prefer a different design, please email nik@mattamuskeetgooseclub.com. Please allow up to 30 days for processing, and our customer care team will contact you if we have any questions. If the total value of your exchange is less than the value of the returned items, we will refund you the difference according to our return policies. If the total value of your exchange is greater than the value of the returned items, please include your credit card information or a check made payable to Mattamuskeet Goose Club®. 

Returns

Mattamuskeet Goose Club® accepts returns for credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing charges) on purchases made directly through our company as long as the returned product is not custom, made-to-order, monogrammed, discontinued, final sale, visibly worn, a Founders Club item, or damaged. All sales of gift cards and promotional items are final and are not eligible for return. Memberships are not eligible for returns. For full refunds, the product must be returned within 30 days of purchase, and we can only issue credit to the original form of payment. We are happy to issue merchandise credit regardless of the original purchase date.
